Refund policy

Damaged Item(s)
Did your item(s) arrive in poor condition? That sucks, and we want to help make it right. Within 3 days, make sure you take photos of the packaging and the damaged product(s) then send an email to Orders@PixieDustPaints.com along with the order number, attached photos, description of the problem, and which item(s) were damaged. Your replacement item(s) will be sent, free of charge and free of shipping costs, within 3 business days of receipt of request, and we will file a claim, if needed, as soon as we can. In the meantime, you will need to retain damaged items and packaging until this is fully resolved.
Missing Item(s)
Was the packaging intact yet something is missing? We hate to leave you hanging so let us know what's not there, and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. Send an email to Orders@PixieDustPaints.com along with your order number and the specific missing item(s).
Otherwise, if the package was damaged and items are missing, please follow all steps above in the "Damaged Item(s)" section.
Wrong Item(s)
Did we send you the wrong thing? We're so sorry about that! Save the item and the package then let us know as soon as possible. Send an email request to Orders@PixieDustPaints.com along with the order number and a quick note about what you DID receive as well as what you did NOT receive.
We will send you a notification with a shipping label so that you may return the item without additional shipping charges. In the meantime, we will send out what you ordered in the first place!
Defective Item(s)
Is something wrong about one of our products? That would be terrible! We try very hard to ensure that all products meet our highest quality standards, so we certainly don't want you to be unhappy. Please let us know by sending an email to Orders@PixieDustPaints.com with your concern so that we can turn that frown upsidedown!
Other Refunds
Changed your mind about a project? Didn't need it after all? As long as the item has not been opened, used, or is a custom paint color, we may accept it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shoot us an email at Orders@PixieDustPaints.com and let us know what you would like to return so that we can send you our mailing address and be on the lookout. Safely wrap the product, put it into a box, and mail it back to us. Shipping and confirmation of receipt will be your responsibility, but we will let you know once it is received and inspected. Assuming the item is in good condition, we will issue a prompt return for the full purchase price to the original payment method.
