Shipping policy

When will your order be shipped? As soon as we can get it packed and out the door! Most of the time, that will be within 2 days, but please allow up to 3 business days to receive notification that it's on its way.
On rare occasion, we may need to backorder a product because we unexpectedly ran out of supplies and are waiting for them to be replenished. If that should occur, we will notify you promptly and give you an ETA on the actual shipment as well as alternatives if you decide not to wait.
For Deliveries in the United States (and its Territories)
- Method: Most of the time, shipments will be sent via USPS flat rate priority service. However, if a larger order is made or less expensive methods are available, alternative shipping methods may be used, and we will let you know.
- Notification: Once the order is packed and a label is printed, you should receive an automated notification providing you a tracking number as well as notice that it has been packed and is about to be shipped. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of your order, please check your spam folder.
- Tracking: Your tracking number will be provided in the email notification. If the email simply can't be found, send us a note to Orders@PixieDustPaints.com along with an order number. We will look it up for you and send a reply.
- Rates: Shipping rates for mail sent in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and some other islands (the full list can be found here) are as follows:
